We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to work within our Building Consultancy team in Birmingham.  The role will involve assisting colleagues advising clients on a broad range of matters including party walls, dilapidations, project work and building surveys.

The ideal candidate must have experience working within the commercial property sector and be working towards their APC.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To work within the Building Consultancy Team
  • To assist in providing clients with advice on matters including party walls, dilapidations etc
  • To produce reports to clients on building consultancy projects
  • To present with colleagues at client meetings

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Working towards APC
  • Predominantly commercial sector experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full clean driving licence
