Comprehensive support for Senior Partner and Strategic/Admin Management for the wider Planning team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide high-level strategic and related support to Senior Partner, including:
    • Assisting in the production of reports and documents
    • Diary management
    • Travel and accommodation arrangements
    • Personal matters
    • Business Plan
    • Planning Partner Meetings and Conference Calls, including Agenda and Minutes
    • Equity Partner Meetings, including Agenda and Minutes
    • Coordinating Planning Team to ensure communication between all regions
  • Management of Financial Process for Planning team, including:
    •  Budgets
    •  Debtors
    • Fee Predictions
    •  WiP
    • Re-Chargeable Expenses
    • Write Offs
    • Credit Notes
    • Expenses / Credit Cards
    • Planning Application Payments
    • Subscriptions
  • Management of Monthly Invoicing Process for Planning team, including:
    • Timesheets
    • Running Finance Reports
    • Chasing/Reporting/Updating throughout invoicing process
    • Reporting on Fee Earner Actuals
  • Work to improve processes and procedures for Planning team, including:
    • Induction Process
    • Templates
    • RESolution Training
    • Promotion Guidance/Job Descriptions
    • Work with TG to coordinate for whole Business
  • Coordination/Centralisation of Marketing for Planning team, including:
    • Marketing “Champion” Meetings
    • Internal Planning Newsletter
    • Marketing Events
    • Case Studies
    • Fact Sheets
    • CVs
    • Client Plans
    • Client Meetings Spreadsheet
    • Cross Selling within Business
    • External Newsletters
    • Marketing Brochures
  • Provide high-level strategic support to Bristol/Birmingham team, including:
    • Raising monthly invoices
    • Regional Business Plan
    • Coordination of Team
    • Financials
