Main duties, responsibilities & accountability (office and team support)

  • Organisation and setting/clearing of boardrooms
  • Organisation of lunches as requested
  • Ordering supplies for general office use
  • Ordering and sorting stationery
  • Reporting of issues to facilities
  • Upkeep of office environment
  • Receiving and sending office post
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment
  • Use of content management system to create jobs, invoices, reports and letters
  • Diary management when required
  • General administration tasks such as binding, copying and combining documents for distribution
  • Research and marketing assistance

Skills & experience

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Copy/audio typing
  • A high degree of IT literacy is essential
  • Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Professional manner
  • Cover secretarial support in other offices
  • Ability to take on other tasks as and when required
  • Confident communicator
  • Good time management
