We are seeking a Property Database Manager to assist with the management, input and interpretation of property related data that the Department generates through its market activities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To be the main point of contact for all data enquiries
  • To enter data accurately into the bespoke system
  • To ensure all surveyors regularly supply data for input
  • Liaising with the Training and Records Manager
  • Provide regular data reports and leads

  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • A high degree of IT literacy is essential, with strong Microsoft Office experience
