Rapleys are seeking a Helpdesk Supervisor to work within our Corporate and Investor Management team in Huntingdon.  The role will involve being the main point of contact for all enquiries and dealing with calls and emails with good customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a helpline capacity and be able to perform under pressure.  Experience of the TRAMPS database would be an advantage.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • To be the main point of contact for all tenant/contractor/client enquiries
  • Dealing with all calls in a timely manner
  • Liaise with property, finance and account managers in other teams
  • Monitor the shared inbox and to follow up queries
  • Ensure all jobs, inspections and reports are logged correctly on the database
  • Ensure all contractors complete jobs within the agreed timescale and logged
  • To regularly update tenants on work status
  • To accurately close all jobs and update database
  • To update quality assurance records
