This role will be to provide the company with the support required to operate the management systems in respect of Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality Management systems and also to carry out regular maintenance on the DMS system. These management systems operate across 5 of our offices with a view to expanding to all 7 in due course. This position will be heavily involved with supporting the QHSE Compliance Manager and the Training and Records Manager.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Deal with Health & Safety/Environmental matters on a daily basis.
  • Arrange quarterly Office Champion meetings and take minutes of same
  • Provide training to new starters in the London office
  • Data cleansing for the DMS system
  • Process all CPD/training certificates
  • Support London office running
  • Ordering of stationary
  • Distributing of internal post
  • Completion of Visitor log
  • Setting up for meetings
  • Arrange refresher training as directed
  • Supply ad hoc team assistant support to teams in London

  • A degree of IT literacy is essential with some typing/dictation capability
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with all members of staff
