Jason joined Rapleys in 2021 to head the Party Wall service in the London office, which sits within the Neighbourly Matters services of the Building Consultancy Group.
Since graduating from university, Jason has operated solely within the Party Wall industry. He has honed his skills as a graduate and a lead surveyor with fantastic exposure to numerous clients, industries and sectors. During these years he has experienced acting as the named surveyor for all parties—commonly resolving multiple adjoining neighbours on single projects.
Jason prides himself on providing an efficient service which resonates with his clients and further establishes longstanding partnerships. Jason has a hands-on approach from initial consultation through to completion and serving party wall awards. Integrity and efficiency being at the forefront of this approach, Jason will ensure to add value to the project through consultations, advice and application whilst ensuring target commencement dates on site are met.
Jason regularly provides CPD and workshops on the application of Party Walls etc. Act to any professional or client wishing to expand their knowledge on the Act.
Jason is also a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, who promote excellence in the field of Party Wall Practice, as well as a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

UK, 24 March 2023 – Property consultancy Rapleys has warned that 130,000 commercial properties across England and Wales face becoming obsolete with values effectively being wiped in a number of days as the Government’s commercial EPC targets take effect.
