Paul Richman

Paul is a senior associate in the Property and Asset Management team having joined Rapleys in March 2021.  He is a Property Management specialist having over 30 years’ experience in this field, working for both institutional Landlords and Property Management consultancies, delivering property management strategies on assets across all real estate sectors.

Paul heads up the Property Management service at Rapleys and is focused on delivering departmental strategy, compliance, innovation, and service delivery, which adds value and minimises costs to our client base, whilst also focusing on providing growth across our business service lines.  

Paul has a proven track record in successfully managing client mandates above and beyond expectation.
