Tiara joined Rapleys in Winter 2022 as a building surveyor in the Building Consultancy team. Prior to this she has worked for regional/international architectural and consultancy companies.
Her primary duties are inspections for the following: Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA), Planned Preventative Maintenance, Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence, Technical Due Diligence of Commercial Properties.
