UK, APRIL 2024 – Strategic property consultancy Rapleys has been joined by Bluebrick Building Consultancy, led by Darren Holdstock, who will now be Partner, and head of the Building Consultancy team in Cambridge.
Darren brings 23 years of experience in the sector with the likes of Nelson Bakewell (NB Real Estate), Workman and CEG, with him. At Rapleys, he will be responsible for growing Building Consultancy in the region, and the Cambridge office itself, which he will also head up. This appointment follows the growth of the London and Birmingham Building Consultancy teams and a hugely successful 12 months for the division, and for Rapleys as a whole.
Darren said: “I’m really excited to become part of Rapleys who places such focus on Building Consultancy as a core Division. The move also allows me to plug straight into one of the bigger SME real estate businesses that provides multi-disciplinary services. I’m really looking forward to becoming part of the Rapleys growth story both nationally and in Cambridge and in working with other teams in order to add real value to clients.”
Justin Tuckwell, Managing Partner at Rapleys, said: “We continue to grow Building Consultancy both in terms of the range of services and skills we offer clients, and in our national coverage. Adding a team in Cambridge led by Darren, will complement our strong national network of Building specialists in London, Manchester and Bristol and the growing team in Birmingham. We are really happy to welcome Darren to the business.”
Rapleys Building Consultancy team was last week appointed on to two public sector frameworks by Pagabo and to the Healthy Homes framework by CHIC.
