Rapleys is delighted to welcome our latest cohort of graduates to the London office. Taran Khurana has come on board in our Residential Division, while Tom Gedye begins his journey with the Planning Division. Tom Hutchings joins our Commercial Division, and Oliver Hampson has started with our Building Consultancy Division. We’re excited to support each of them as they take the first steps in their careers with Rapleys.
“This year’s intake joins us at an exciting time, as they will undertake our new graduate rotation scheme.
Over the course of the programme, our graduates will spend time within their ‘home division’ as well as rotating across different departments, giving them the opportunity to:
- Gain a broader awareness and understanding of how our business operates and how we partner with our clients.
- Build a diverse skill set by working on a variety of projects with different teams.
- Develop valuable networks across the business, forming connections that will support them throughout their careers with us.
This new approach will not only benefit our graduates, but also our wider Partnership. By spending time in different areas, they will bring fresh perspectives, share ideas across teams, and strengthen the collaboration that drives our success.” Chris Perrotton, Rapleys Head of People and Culture
We are also delighted to welcome James Mills as Rapleys’ first undergraduate placement student. James, who is currently studying Real Estate at the University of the West of England, joins the Residential Division for his year in industry. We look forward to supporting his development throughout the year and will be sharing updates on his journey, so stay tuned.
