Chris Perrotton

Chris joined Rapleys as the Head of People and Culture in August 2024. He brings 17 years of Human Resources experience, from across the education and automotive sectors, the last six of which were with Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire.

Chris leads our People function, ensuring that our staff are protected and happy in the workplace, providing quality employee relations and leading in the People area of merger and acquisitions activity, a key part of our growth ambition.

Chris’ passion for all things people-related has led him to create and retain robust and genuine relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. He brings a solution focused, positive and collaborative approach to achieving all outcomes.
