The team provides valuation advice to Registered Providers across the country and are currently on the valuation frameworks for many G15, national and for-profit Registered Providers. We are experienced in providing valuation advice on a range of matters including land, Section 106 and land and build package acquisitions.
The team offers clients strategic affordable housing advice in connection with the redevelopment of their sites. This includes appropriate affordable housing strategies to maximise both land and resale values.
