All properties are efficiently and effectively mobilised, including regular communication with all relevant stakeholders, to provide a smooth handover. Where present, on-site staff deliver a proactive, not reactive, service supported by a 24-hour HelpDesk to ensure any emergencies are dealt with as quickly as possible.

We strive to deliver value to you through regularly reviewing suppliers and implementing performance-based contracts incorporating best practice, and our Approved Contractor Scheme ensures all service providers are fully compliant with current legislation and committed to delivering best-in-class service.
