The project
On behalf of RE and LBB, Rapleys was instructed to undertake the initial development feasibilities of nine potential development sites.
Rapleys appointed and coordinated a development team including Planning, Affordable Housing and Valuation teams as well as securing services from an architect and cost consultant as sub-consultants.
Our solution
The Rapleys team considered various development options for each site:
- Undertook consultations with LBB planning officers
- Devised and made recommendations for an optimum scheme
- The schemes were appraised and costed, and recommendations were made in respect of potential returns and development strategies
- In addition, undertook sensitivity analysis in relation to changing variables as well as devising initial programmes.
