Rapleys was instructed by Kwik Fit in June 2021 as national retained acquisition agents. As part of this process we were provided with a list of towns and also criteria for new motorist’s centres and tasked with securing new opportunities for them across the country.
We were instructed to promote the requirement as widely as possible through online marketing activities and following full publication of the requirement we identified a new scheme being constructed in Stowmarket, Suffolk which we believe suited their requirement. Following this and the necessary approvals process we successfully negotiated terms for the acquisition and oversaw this project through to completion.
