Rapleys Continues Building Residential Division With Hire of Sam Graham as Land Agency Partner

UK, February 2026 – Rapleys has further strengthened its Residential Division with the appointment of Sam Graham as Partner in Residential Development Agency, specialising in land acquisitions and disposals across the Southeast.

Sam has over 25 years’ experience and joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was head of Southeast Land Agency. He previously worked as Head of Land at Redrow and Head of Development Agency at Cluttons. He will work as a key member of Angus Irvine’s Rapleys Living and Development Agency team and will be based in the London office.

Rapleys has been growing strategically over the last three years, adding talent, teams and services. The business is already a market leader in Affordable Housing and Development Consulting and has recently invested in its public sector team, led by Partner Jonathan Bernstein, resulting in winning places on several frameworks and a stream of Local Authority instructions.

Rapleys has also been building up and diversifying its business to add services and people that will serve its increasing client portfolio. In addition to Residential, in Commercial it has brought in a team from AY in retail agency and acquired office agency experts Mellersh & Harding, bringing in new clients such as Sainsburys, Stansted Airport and Boots. Rapleys has also added several new services in Building Consultancy (including Health & Safety and Retrofitting) and Planning (Datacentres and Renewables), launched a new Cardiff team, which it has since trebled in size, and doubled the size of its Manchester team.
