Adam Reed expertise

Adam joined the Bristol Building Consultancy team as an Associate in March 2019.
Adam previously worked at 3Sixty Real Estate and JLL providing professional services across the full spectrum of Building Surveying services, particularly Contract Administration, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations. This has given Adam a well rounded experience, working across most property sectors and for a full breadth of client types, including large pension funds, small investors and occupiers.
Adam’s main expertise lies in refurbishment and insurance remediation contract work to commercial buildings, complex dilapidations and pre-acquisition technical due diligence.
Recently, Adam has project managed the reinstatement of a fire damaged block of flats, a fire damaged battery research facility and a portfolio of pre-acquisition surveys.
In addition, Adam has recently worked with Bath and North East Somerset Council, assisting with building surveying and project management across their commercial and corporate portfolio. Adam has been involved in Dilapidations, condition surveys and specification writing for the council.
