Alan is a chartered Civil Engineer with nearly 30 years experience. He joined Rapleys’ Land Development Project Management team in 2025, bringing strong experience of delivering mixed-use developments for strategic land, regeneration and major developments, as contractor, consultant and client.

Alan fully understand the requirements of development and construction. He is experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring collaborative working whilst challenging options to ensure the right solution is reached and key project objectives met.

He is committed to creating commercially-driven, quality places whilst at the same time ensuring solutions minimise environmental impact and promote sustainability.
