Alexander Fitzgerald

Alex joined Rapleys’ Building Consultancy Group as a Graduate Surveyor in 2024, bringing with him experience from the charity sector. He has managed listed buildings and has a strong interest in the preservation and conservation of heritage properties.

Alex graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021 and pursued a master’s degree in Building Surveying at Kingston University. At Rapleys, he has conducted reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance surveys on a wide range of buildings.

Alex is working towards his APC, with Building Surveying as his desired pathway.
