Alice Bennett

Alice joined Rapleys in September 2024 as an Associate Partner, bringing with her 10 years of experience in the provision of agency, lease advisory, valuation and asset management advice to clients nationally. Alice specializes in car dealership property and has previously advised national car dealer groups, motor manufacturers and institutional landlords including Lookers, Inchcape, Nissan, Columbia Threadneedle, DTZ and Abrdn.

Alice is a RICS Registered Valuer and APC Assessor.
