Andrew joined the Aston Rose Finance team as a Service Charges Accountant in early 2017. Now part of Rapleys’ Property Management team, Andrew is responsible for preparing year end reconciliations for all properties that have a service charge attached.
Working closely with property managers, facilities management teams, accounts staff and external auditors – when required – Andrew’s focus is on ensuring accurate accounts are produced on behalf of clients and corresponding balancing charges are reflected on the in-house property management system.
