Andrew Pickersgill expertise

Andrew joined Rapleys in June 2026 as an Associate Partner with 12 years’ experience in Rights Lights of Light and Daylight & Sunlight working with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Previously working as a Rights of Light Surveyor he has worked on a vast array of schemes. Previous schemes vary in size from a small residential extension to large scale developments with multiple neighbouring properties. Andrew has a client focussed approach giving advice on their development to aid reach their development goal.
He is also keen on protecting the rights of neighbours affected by proposed developments, ensuring neighbouring developments don’t infringe their Rights of Light.
