Annie has over ten years of planning consultancy experience and joined Rapleys in 2023 following roles at Stantec UK in London and DLP Planning in Bristol. She has worked with a diverse range of clients across the residential, industrial, data centre, office, transport, heritage and education sectors.
Annie has experience advising on a variety of development projects across England. This includes the management of planning applications, the variation of extant permissions, drafting public engagement materials, site appraisals, site promotion, appeals, the discharge of conditions and S106 obligations and the preparation of planning reports for Development Consent Orders.
Clients for these services are predominantly developers, local authorities, public bodies and commercial operators. Examples include Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, Homes England, Westminster City Council, the London Borough of Hounslow, Global Switch, Telehouse, National Highways and Oxfordshire County Council.
