Annie joined Rapleys in May 2023 as an Associate Planner in the London team. She previously worked within the London planning team at Stantec for over three years and the Bristol planning team at DLP Planning for four years. Annie has worked with a diverse range of clients across the residential, industrial, office, transport, heritage and education sectors.
She has experience advising on a variety of development projects across England. This includes the management of planning applications, the preparation of planning reports for Development Consent Orders, drafting public engagement materials (for both virtual and in-person events), appeals, the variation of extant permissions and the discharge of conditions and S106 obligations. Annie has also undertaken the appraisal of potential development sites and the promotion of sites through the Development Plan process.
Some of Annie’s key projects include data centres, residential projects for both Homes England and Westminster City Council, Oxfordshire County Council transport projects and the M3 Junction 9 and Lower Thames Crossing DCOs.
Annie offers clients reassurance by preparing robust planning applications, liaising with Local Planning Authorities and ensuring that timely updates are delivered. Annie is also diligent in the negotiation of planning conditions and S106 obligations.
