Calum MacLeod joined Rapleys as a Building Surveyor in February 2025. With over three years experience, he has worked across a diverse range of industries, including retail, commercial, industrial/logistics, educational, and residential sectors.
His clients include pension funds, retail operators, housing associations, charities, and educational institutions, among others.
Calum has experience in landlord and tenant matters, including the preparation of schedules of condition and the creation and response to dilapidations claims. He has also gained expertise in neighbourly matters, technical due diligence, and defect analysis, providing valuable insights and solutions for a variety of property-related challenges.
