Chris Bees

Chris joined Rapleys as a Partner in the Cost Management team in 2024 bringing 20 years of experience in the construction industry both in the UK and Middle East across both the private and public sectors. He has a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors including education, residential, healthcare, PBSA, leisure and heritage.

Chris advises clients from project inception through to completion. With experience in multiple contract types including JCT and NEC, he is adept in ensuring the commercial success of a project during design phase. He is a proactive member of the team with a focus on project deliverables providing cost, programme and procurement advice. He has experience in BIM and Passivhaus projects and excels at working on projects with multiple stakeholders, conveying cost and contract information to all relevant parties across a varying knowledge base.
