Dan has over 30 years of experience in all sectors of retail and leisure real estate, working as an adviser and consultant to a variety of the leading UK and international retailers as well as advising landlords, funds, developers and investors. He has worked across all aspects of retail property both in the UK and internationally.
Key areas of experience include retail agency and transaction management of large acquisition and disposal programmes, corporate/occupier real estate for retailers including managing multiple service lines, and retailer portfolio strategy.
Dan has been retained by a broad range of retail clients including Walgreens Boots Alliance, Argos, EE/BT, Sainsbury’s, Yorkshire Building Society, Morrisons, Game Retail, Pret a Manger and Costa Coffee.
He advises investors and funds including USS, Grosvenor, CarVal, M&G, Standard Life Aberdeen, Land Securities and Threadneedle on the acquisition and disposal of retail investment assets and portfolios, shopping centre leasing and retail development.
