Ella joined Rapleys in 2025 as part of the acquisition of the Retail team previously operational at Avison Young, which she joined in 2022 following completion of an MSc in Real Estate (RICS accredited) at Northumbria University.
Ella’s experience includes advising Sainsbury’s on the disposal of their non-operational portfolio across the UK, comprising of leasehold interests. She has also been advising Argos, Boots the Chemist and Boots Hearingcare and Sue Ryder.
Ella also advises landlords in the letting of retail spaces. Her clients include Quadrant Estates, Westminster City Council and Greenland UK.
