Harrison Berkhauer-Smith

Harrison worked as a self-employed stock condition surveyor and DEA agent shortly after completing his  HND at Greenwich University in 2021. He worked under several different companies throughout an eight-month period, completing thousands of surveys across London and the southeast region. Throughout this role, he had a constant social responsibility to report any HHSRS issues as well as any welfare concerns back to his clients.

Shortly after, he took up a role at Medway Council as an assistant project manager, helping run and install planned and responsive maintenance to residential properties across the local area. He also has experience working as a damp and mould surveyor, raising remedial works to contractors and overseeing until completion. Upon joining Rapleys, he has since expanded his experience becoming a retrofit assessor, as well as helping run projects all over the country within a team of over 70 agency staff, completing circa 10,000 stock condition and EPC surveys monthly.
