Ian joined Rapleys in June 2025 as Head of Finance for the Property Management team. He comes with over 30 years’ experience working within the property management accounting sector.
Ian has a wealth of experience in mobilisation of contracts, retrieving data from previous agents or client’s systems and creating a property management database to enable the billing of rent and service charge and the surveying team to manage key diary events.
Ian specialises in providing clients with bespoke client reporting, enhancing the data from our system to create reports that satisfy and exceed clients’ requirements.
