Imogen Bellfield

Imogen joined Rapleys in April 2026 following 3 years at Avison Young. She is a Senior Surveyor in the Hotels and Hospitality Team, working with Pippa Harrison.

She has a breadth of experience spanning valuation and agency, specialising in hotel acquisitions, disposals, operator selections as well as being an RICS Registered Valuer. Imogen also holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds, and a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
