Jack joined the London Rapleys team in September 2024 as a Senior Planner, and in 2025 was promoted to Associate, Planning.
Prior to joining Rapleys, Jack worked for four years at a London-based private planning consultancy, in which time he gained a wealth of knowledge and developed key skills across different areas of the planning process and a range of development sectors.
Jack has a particular interest in development control, and has been integral to securing approvals for residential, care and retirement, industrial and mixed-use proposals at both planning and post-planning stages. Jack is highly motivated and organised which allows him to effectively manage projects within tight timeframes, often leading large teams of external consultants to great effect.
He was elected as a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in February 2024.
