Jemma brings experience across multiple sectors, delivering a wide range of professional services including schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance surveys, defect analysis and CDM compliance. She has also acted as Contract Administrator for both public and private sector clients in relation to a range of property asset types, including high-security medical facilities, modern educational buildings and retail units.
