Jonathan Bernstein

Jonathan joined Rapleys in January 2024 as head of our public sector development consultancy within our Residential Division.  He has over 15 years’ experience and has worked for a wide range of public sector clients nationally and across all types of mixed-use residential-led development.   

With his multi-disciplinary background Jonathan provides a broad range of services to clients from land assembly, development feasibility and acquisitions to valuation, development appraisals and complex joint venture initiatives. He has also acted on complex regeneration projects, providing cost effective advice and a breadth of services that complement his multi-disciplinary offering.

Jonathan is also a Registered Valuer.
