Karen Jones

Karen Jones is Partner in Planning in Rapleys London office. Karen has over 30 years’ experience of working in multi-disciplinary practices and has a wide range of experience, especially in London and the Southeast. She focuses on large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes with substantial landscaping and public realm input.

Karen utilises a hands-on and proactive approach to ensure the delivery of exemplary consents, her specific skills range from project management, detailed planning policy assessment and strategic delivery. Karen has worked for a wide client base and is acutely aware of the different requirements of occupiers, developers, Local Authorities, Registered Providers and speculative land developers.
