Kate Scholes

Kate joined Rapleys as an Executive Assistant in September 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in similar roles. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the Managing Partner, she was promoted to Head of Business Operations in January 2024. She now sits on both the Operations Board and the People Board, contributing to the company’s daily operations.

In her role, Kate acts as the conduit between the business, the operations team, the partners, and the Managing Partner. She ensures improved communication across the organisation, drives specific business initiatives and goals, and helps strengthen the organisation for the future.
