Kathryn joined Rapleys as a senior planner in October 2022, having accumulated experience in both the public and private sectors.
Kathryn has worked on a diverse range of major and minor planning application and schemes, including residential, office, retail, leisure, healthcare and education. Her experience to date includes development management, undertaking detailed planning research and analysis, as well as completing a range of planning applications and appeals for clients and project managing a diverse, multidisciplinary consultancy team. She is proficient at liaising with clients, council members, key stakeholders and external consultants to create efficient working relationships and ensure client aims and objectives are met.
