Khalifa Forte is an Associate Surveyor at Rapleys, having joined in 2026. He works within the Residential team, advising across commercial, residential, and mixed-use property. His career spans over ten years in private practice and central government, during which time he has worked across the public and private sectors, supporting a wide range of institutional, local authority, and private clients.
Khalifa’s areas of expertise include valuation-led advisory, portfolio valuation, lease consultancy, and property management, supported by experience in commercial agency. He has implemented strong management and coordination skills to fulfil client expectations and contractual requirements on complex portfolio instructions. This includes acting as key coordinator for UK-wide quarterly valuation instructions for Pension Trust Funds, managing multiple nationwide valuers to ensure consistency, accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery. Earlier in his career, his experience within property management included overseeing asset performance, occupier matters, and cost control.
He offers clients reassurance through his analytical approach, clear communication, and approachable manner, enabling strong working relationships and outcomes.
