Kieran joined Rapleys in March 2023 as Partner in the London Planning team.
He has a career spanning over 30 years, with vast experience in Land Development (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) and has led a significant number of multi-disciplinary projects to deliver consents for a wide range of clients in all sectors.
Kieran has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality town planning advice and consents. His collaborative attitude builds trusted relationships with planning authorities, and he has over three decades of town planning experience to drive quality and efficiency through the planning consents process and instill a commitment to continuous improvement in the project team.
Clients for these services are predominantly developers, commercial operators, landowners, registered providers, and local authorities. Examples include Berkeley Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Cemex UK, London Electric Vehicle Company, Global Switch, Telehouse, Digital Realty, Engie, Catalyst Housing, PA Housing, Octavia Housing, Transport for London, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, City of London, LB Hounslow, Isle of Wight Council, and Westminster City Council.
