Mark Rasheed

Mark joined Rapleys in 2024 as an Associate Building Surveyor, having previously worked in London in the commercial, retail and residential sectors.

Mark has experience in contract administration and project management, as well as delivering professional services such as building surveys and dilapidations assessments for a variety of clients.

Having previously worked for a large Housing Association, Mark led the acquisition process of properties to be purchased and refurbished for Not-For-Profit organisations to house vulnerable residents.
