Matthew Tuersley

Matthew joined Rapleys in November 2024 as a Senior Planner within the Planning Division. Matthew’s role primarily revolves around adding value to client assets through the planning process, providing advice, undertaking appraisals, and securing planning consent for development projects.

Before coming to Rapleys Matthew worked within the Planning industry, working on behalf of Local Planning Authorities in both an enforcement and development management capacity and has over four years of experience in the planning industry.

Matthew has expertise in assessing development proposals and providing planning advice to clients to guide them through the planning process to achieve desired outcomes.

Matthew can offer clients reassurance in developing robust and justified planning strategies, as well as careful control and management of their development applications.

Matthew qualified as a chartered Planner in 2025.
