Mike brings a deep understanding of residential development, viability issues, brownfield regeneration, urban design and housing land supply. He advises clients, including SMEs, commercial property developers, housebuilders, local authorities and education institutions, through the planning application and appeals process, scoping reports, viability appraisals and development matters generally.
