With over 10 years’ post-qualified experience in the commercial and residential property fields, Rhys Davies is an Associate Building Surveyor within the Cardiff Building Consultancy division.

Throughout his career, Rhys has worked across a wide range of sectors in both the public and private domains, including commercial, residential, retail, office, agricultural, and industrial property. Rhys’ consistently adds value for clients, applying his varied expertise across dilapidations, due diligence surveys, defect analysis, contract administration, CAD design, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, Party Wall matters, and Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Through this breadth of technical knowledge, he is able to develop accurate initial budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate financial risks, and ensure robust cost control across every instruction.
