Richard Morris expertise

Richard joined Rapleys in 2011 and has held several positions within the accounts team. He was promoted to Head of Accounts in May 2022.
Richard is responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts function reporting into the Finance Director. He ensures all the appropriate tasks are completed to meet our statutory obligations and support is provided to enable the partnership to achieve its goals.
Along with this, Richard is also a member of both our Operations and People Board’s, which contribute to the day-to-day running of the business.
