Sam joined Rapleys in spring 2026, following eight years in Knight Frank’s Education & Charities team, where he joined as a graduate. He qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS) in 2019.
He specialises in acquisitions, disposals, valuation and consultancy for education and charity focused clients across the UK, with a particular focus on London and the South East. Sam advises a wide range of clients on diverse property types, including schools, religious retreats, churches, universities, further education colleges and development sites. He brings broad asset-class knowledge and strong connections to an extensive buyer network across multiple use classes, and is the day to day lead for projects with an education or charty focus.
He works closely with the various departments at Rapleys and stake holders, focusing on identifying the most suitable purchasers for properties by conducting thorough market analysis and leveraging the team’s existing networks to target serious and qualified buyers. He takes the lead in initiating contact, managing communications and building strong relationships with potential purchasers. Throughout a sales process Sam actively liaises with parties ensuring transparency and alignment while negotiating terms that support the clients’ objectives and maximise the property’s value.
