Scott brings over 20 years’ experience in the retail investment sector. He joined Rapleys in 2025 having previously been a Director within Avison Young’s Retail team. He is experienced in analysing and sourcing investment opportunities for the acquisition and disposal on behalf of major UK and European institutional funds and private clients.

Scott’s experience covers all retail sub-sectors, including shopping centres, high street shops, retail parks, food stores and mixed-use assets across the UK.

He has advised major institutional clients, high net worth individuals, local authorities and developers.
