Thomas Fagan

Thomas is located in the Manchester office and works within the Automotive & Roadside team as an Associate, Commercial. He joined Rapleys in April 2022, is a Member of the Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and has a Batchelors degree (with Honours) in Real Estate Management and Business from Liverpool John Moores University.

Thomas undertakes professional and agency matters representing both Landlord and Tenant in acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals/ regears, general Landlord & Tenant work and, valuations on properties throughout the UK. He has acted on behalf of some of the leading automotive franchisee operators with notable clients to include Pendragon, Sytner, Lookers, Kwikfit, Vertu, Lithia, and Cars2.  His particular specialism is within car dealerships, petrol filling stations, workshop premises, drive thru’s and electric vehicle charging.
