Thomas works within the Commercial team as a Surveyor specialising in Automotive & Roadside and is located in the Manchester office.
Thomas graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2018 and has a background in commercial property management, specialising in retail. He represents landlords and tenants in acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, general landlord & tenant work and valuations on properties throughout the UK.
Thomas joined Rapleys as a Graduate Surveyor in 2022 and became a chartered Surveyor in 2024.
