Titus Wing

Titus joined Rapleys in 2025 as Associate Partner and Head of Retrofit focusing on the decarbonisation of social housing stock.

In his role, he identifies defects, produces Retrofit Improvement Option Evaluations (IOEs) and Medium Term Plans (MTPs), as well as overseeing the sign-off of installed works.

Titus is an experienced sustainability and retrofit consultant with a strong background in developing corporate decarbonisation strategies, domestic retrofit at scale, and government-funded commercial decarbonisation plans.

Prior to joining Rapleys, Titus advised a range of high-profile clients including the Wellcome Trust, Cardiff University, Crawley Borough Council, Abri Housing, Hafod Housing, Linc Cymru and Liberty Group. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the technical, strategic, and operational considerations involved in decarbonisation and retrofit delivery at scale.
