Tom joined Rapleys in 2025 as a Graduate Planner, after a MSc in Sustainable Urbanism at the Bartlett School of Planning, UCL.
As part of the Planning graduate scheme, Tom is working across the portfolio in residential, retail, offices and industrial sectors and is working towards chartered status.
Prior to Rapleys Tom also worked for an environment statutory consultee, conducting policy research and efficiently collaborating with public and private stakeholders, enhancing heritage and green space value within planning applications.
