Will joined Rapleys’ Building Consultancy Group as a Surveyor in 2025, with four years of consulting experience spanning both active construction projects and traditional surveying practices in a range of multidisciplinary offices.

Will’s core skills include Contract Administration, Employer’s Agency, Party Wall Matters, Condition Surveys, Defect Analysis and Planned Preventative Maintenance strategies. Known by colleagues as hardworking, efficient, and personable, Will excels in both collaborative and autonomous working environments, consistently fostering profitable client relationships.

Will is currently working towards his APC.
